New England Retail Maintenance is a division of Ted's Construction Co., Inc. that specializes in retail facilities maintenance. We are especially proud of our immediate reponse record for emergencies. Based in Woonsocket, RI, our primary area of service is Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut. We also service Western Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Travel charges can get quite costly in outlying areas and thats why we practice bundling repairs whenever possible. By adhereing to this practice we can assure our customers that travel charges will be kept to a minimum. We offer 24 hour service to our "contracted" customers in our primary area seven days a week. We can usually respond to emergencies within 4 hours. Storefront car crashes, break-ins, storm damage and vandalism are just a few of the emergency repair calls that we recive on a regular basis. All non-emergency repair calls are respond to within seven days. Larger projects will be quoted and scheduled accordingly.
